The Management Board of the Company under the name of HydroSafeGuard S.A. with its registered office in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, pursuant to Article 16 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act - Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798, as amended), calls on the Company's shareholders to submit their share documents (multiple-share certificates) for their dematerialisation. The share documents should be submitted at the Company's registered office in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Al. Ko\u015bciuszki 80\/82 lok.1001, 90-437 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.
\nAt the same time, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the aforementioned Article 16 of the Act, the company is obliged to call shareholders five times, and therefore this call is the first<\/strong> of the required five. Subsequent calls will be made at intervals of no more than one month and no less than two weeks.
