WATER BASED ADHESIVES GT-09
A family of thermosetting, single-component water-based adhesives that form permanent bonds between materials. Our adhesives are distinguished by their excellent non-flammability properties and high temperature resistance. The adhesive composition exhibits excellent adhesion properties, and the bond is permanent after hot curing at 180°C after only 5 seconds of constant heating. The GT-09 series of water-based adhesives is free from toxic solvents and suitable for use in bonding stone wool to a range of materials, including fabric, wood, metal, wood-wood, metal-metal, wood-textile, metal-textile, polyurethane foam-viscose, and more.
The product is sold in liquid form and is ready to use immediately, eliminating the need for additional preparation before application. The adhesive has a density similar to that of water (1.13 g/cm³), which makes it easy to apply. We offer a wide range of adhesive viscosities to meet customer requirements. Our adhesive is primarily applied by spraying, though it can also be applied manually. To do so, apply a thin layer of adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded and press the other for five seconds. Then, heat the entire assembly at 180°C for 5 seconds. Please note that the adhesive should be applied at an ambient temperature of at least 10°C.
